    Thumbs down Eureka Forbes / Designa

    I have purchased the Eureka Forbes Designa water purifier on 15th August 2011.
    It stopped working on 20th september. First complaint was logged on 22nd september.
    First person for service from them came after 15 days of complaint. Then he said board is not working and need to replace the board and then he broke the button. Then the next person came and after that its still pending with them. They have made the correction direct but without any on/off button and after many complaints also no body is coming to rectify the problem. Hence i decided to complaint in this. Kindly look into the problem and forward the same.

    Hi,

    Still the problem is pending with you guys.
    I dont know whats happening. After providing you with my contact details a person from your side naming Jayprakash came for the same and after visiting twice he took the purifier to service center and then after that his boss naming Mr. More called up and said would be sending it by tuesday. Its friday today and they are saying they dont have the part and just providing me with new no's to talk. Would I be getting a repaired purifier back?

    You people are hopeless guys who dont want to do after sales job and i.e. Service.
    Even after complaining so many times you guys still dont want to repair the purifier. Your guys took the purifier and brought it back in the same condition in which he took and after bringing he is telling abuse those Head office guys till then you wont get your purifier repaired. So what am i supposed to do?
