I had bought a Forbes Vijay purifier 5 months ago. Three months ago one of the switches in the purifier stopped working and I registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes at that time.
Their representative visited our home after a few days, informed us that the switch needs to be replaced and he would come back with the switch in two days. But it has been three months now and the purifier has not been repaired. Multiple reminder and calls to Eureka Forbes has not helped.
