I had paid the full amount to for the RO system supplied by Eureka Forbes, T.Nagar Branch, Chennai on 6-April-11, order number 047117, bill no:791. The company sales person had promised to deliver and install the same next day (7-April-11). However, till date the system is not yet delivered. Its more than a week now. On contacting the customers service/ T.Nagar Euroke Forbes office, it was told the model that was book is not available in the stock. When questioned why it was sold when stock was not available, the response was blank and mute. Nobody in the Eureka Forbes nows what is happening and where my order is processed. My order No is 047117.
