Hi I had bought an RO System in February and after three months only it complianed. Water keeps leaking down below the system from the screw holes & spills out of the filtered water chamber, while it should automatically get cutt off.

I complained the customer care sereveral times & now dont remember how many call I have made so far.

The Last compliant I remeber was made on 27th May on Customer Care, I was given a number i.e. 82954198. I have been following up with the customer care; despite of all promises my problem still there, and nobody seems to be responding on my problem. Though its in warrenty period. I dont know why did I make such a blunder of buying this product from a notorious company like Eureka Forbes.

I want to know, is there any solution to my problems. Product which deals to your very basic needs i.e. Drinking water remains unattended by such kind of crooks, is it really justified.
