I have purchased Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner Model Ace with Life time Service Warranty on last Month i had a issue with my Vacuum cleaner more noise is coming and my flooring brush was also damaged so lodged a complaint to Eureka forbes on 11th of Jan 2012 till date there was no response and i have called customer care more than 3 times and till now no one responded to the Complaint.

For Sales if i given a call with in next four hours(Maximum) the sales executive will knock the door. but for service????????????????

Getting a Good Name in the market is very difficult, maintaining the same reputed name is very very difficult.

But to my worst experience i never faced like this with Eureka forbes.
