Respected sir/mam,
I am a customer of eureka forbes ltd. from past 10 years and had never experienced any major incovenience from the team.
Beacause of the fact i was about to purchase a vaccum cleaner from the company. The sales executive named vishram verma (from Mansarovar Sales area,Jaipur) showed me demo of the product EUROCLEAN ACE and asked me to book it with Rs.500 which was supposed to be REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation of order.The receipt no is 002335 dated 03/01/2012.
Due to some reasons I cancelled my order but now I m unable to get my money back. After repititive calls to the area head and the sales executive, I m not getting any satisfactory response from the said persons. Mr. Vishram used insulting language when I called him for the first time and denied to refund the money back.Surprisingly now he has stopped attending my calls too.
I have gone frustrated and want your advice regarding filing a complaint to the consumer forum in regards to mental harrasment by the company.
