I am Arpan Makwana from Vododara and happened to get into the clutch if a crook company called Eureka Forbes in March 2010 when I bought Vijay UV Water Purifier which was the most up selling model guaranteed by the sales man. I was promised a water flow of 2 liters/minute. We were told that the installation will take 10 days as the model was out of stock being a product in high demand. Installation was done in 2 weeks and on the very 1st day the water flow speed was 1 liter/2 minutess which was a heavy disappointment. We lodged a complaint against this at the customer service but no one paid a heed to it.

Further, in the month of July 2010, the Water Purifier crashed and we called a technician from the customer care with phone number - 0265-2322976. On this the technician said that a part has broken and he will get the part from Akota and will be back in an hour but never returned and didn't even call back. Since that day, it has been over 3 months and despite repeated complaints we are still suffering. On being asked, Mr. Paresh from the Forbes Franchisee (02965-2322976) said that the required part is not in stock and Forbes is not delivering it to them as the model is too old. I had made at least 8-10 follow up calls to Mr. Paresh but each time he bought time for 2-3 days and never called back. Finally he assured me that he will get back to me with a solution in a week's time but today, after 20 days, I had to call him back forcibly as he never called me in these days and heard the same annoying excuse that the part is not available,

My concern is, the model that was promoted as the most running model in March 2010 by Forbes Sales man has become so old in mere 3 months that the company doesn't even have the inventory of it's parts! Is this justifiable? There is no one to listen to our plea and as I customer I am feeling cheated and unattended.

Please advise how to get a solution of this problem and how to deal with cheats like Eureka Forbes, which is a leading brand of the nation?

Then I have received a call from a local company who gives contracts for repairing and mentinance of water purifier. and i took contract from him at 05.08.2010.. now I have facing some problems with water purifier, and I called him so many times but nobody receiving my call. and my family now drinking contaminated water.so please take action against him.

I purchased a Eureka Forbes Infinity Model aquagaurd on 2.6.10. The salesman Gaurav Kumar whose ID No. is 9029182forced me to exchange my previous model with the new infinity model. while installation, he didnot change the T-Point as it was already connected for the earlier aquaguard and promised to give the new T-Point. He didn't supply the T-Point

AFter one monthe the there wascontinous leake leakage from purifier from the nozzle as well as base of the unit without switching on the machine and since then I am repeatedly contacting the Eureka Forbes on their Customer care number. once after one month one engineer came but couldnot rectify the problem
After that I have called them up several times and ultimately contacted their head office at Asaf Ali Road spoke to so many officials and was ultimately advised by Ms. Arpita/Ms. Manju to send an email to them but even after sending three emails at crm@eurekaforbes.co.in but till date there is no respite and there is continous leakage of water from the unit without switching on despite buying an expensive water purifier we are forced to consume unfiltered water from the so called reputed company's water purifier. I request to kindly llok into the matter and save consumers from cheater and give directives to eureka forbes to change their unit as it is not only causing health hazards but mental hazards also.
