    LACK OF SERVICE FROM EUREKA FORBES

    Hi
    i have aquaguard model nova from 01/05/2002 and under service contract after warranty till 08/08/2012 service contract no AN1003372732 which was recently service and the technician had broken the cabinet stud which hold the screw on front cabinet on 13/12/2011 and the donot want to honour this by replacement of front cabinet which was damaged by there technician while forcefully trying to pull apart the back cabinet from the front cabinet.
    they promised to change the front cabinet the next day after 6 day on 20/12/2011we left the complaint on the complaint no 64892153 at 6.45pm with Banlagore office till today we have not received any call

    pls help

    Default Worst service of eureka forbes

    I have recently bought a water purifier model "aquasure supreem 3000" on 18/10/2011 with one year warranty. About one month later, the particulate filter of the purifier teared out. I called the number given in the bill, the person assured me that he will send the technician on the next day, but no one came. I called him 6-7 times but he just said that he is sending the technician on the next day but the result was same. In the ads, they says that it purify the water very well but they are fraud, there are some dust particles found in the filtered water. This is not good for the health of my family. I am mentally harassed and I don't want to be with this purifier anymore. So, I want to get rid of this purifier. Please help me.
