I purchased a new water purifier unit from your esteemed organisation. I paid Rs 17900/- for SENSA RO+UV. The day it was installed itself, we noticed that water was flowing from the blue outlet tube and it was not stopping. Since it was night, we though it may stop after few hours. But when we got up, we found that our water tank was completely drained out and water was leaking from blue tube entire night. A huge waste of money and precious water. We registered a complaint and technician came.
We were shocked to know that the system delivered was a 'faulty system' as it was assembled wrongly. The output of the water pipe was connected directly to the blue tube. We accepted the fault saying it is man assembled unit and error can occur with human. But was quiet amazed how testing was done in such a unit. The technician convined that testing is done using air flow and not water flow and this might not got caught.
Again on the same night , in order not to take chance we switched off the system. Morning when we got up we saw the entire 10 litres which was inside the tank got leaked and entire floor was full of water. A major accident was avoided due to alertness of my sister, otherwise anyone who had walked on the shiny floor would have slipped and caused severe injury. We opened the complaint again. The technician came again with the one more experienced technician. They said the cylinder was faulty one as it was leaking. They bought a new cylinerder and replaced it. However it was not acceptable for us as this was a new unit, we do not know why we have to accept such a faulty unit after paying for a quality product. Now the technician and his supervisor(Whom I spoke over phone) assured, there should be no issues.
The next day we went for holidays out of town. After we came back on 9th Oct we switched on the unit. The water is leaking if we switch of the system and not switch off the water source.
Some more latest history of repair done by your technician
21 Nov 2011 : Technician from Eureka Forbes and opened the water purifier. Could not find any problem and he came back in the evening and installed the unit back
22 Nov 2011 evening : Water purifier started overflowing and water started leaking. We have called the technican again and he saw its leaking. But he could not fix anything and mentioned that go for a replacement.
27 Nov 2011 : Again water started going beyond the normal maximum mark
There has been several calls,emails and repairs happening since then but no one is actualy taking up the responsibility to repair it or replace the system.
I do not know whom to approach
