I have a water purifier from Aquaguard(model-compact). On 20 September 2009 i bought an AMC for service for 3 years for Rs.2850/- where in i am supposed to get candle replacement twice in a year. After the service on 20th september 2009, i did not receive any service for the next one year. After repeated calls made to their call centre finally i received service in October 2010. At that time i had made a complaint regarding the service lapse (complaint number-83726366) but the response was pathetic. I was asked to call the local service centre in mumbai kandivali area and there every time they asked me to call a different person and they used to speak very rudely(specially Mr.Satish). After all this nothing happened and i was really fed up. Now again nobody turned up for the next service. Then on 10 november 2011 i lodged an online request for service on 19 november 2011 at 11 am(request no:8fa3aaf8d356). Again i had lodged a diffrent request regarding the servise lapse vide request no.2aafb84647e0. But on 19th november nobody turned up for service so at 1.40pm i called up the call centre to complain(compliant no:85909259). i was told that the person would be coming in sometime. I again called up the call centre twice on that day and each time i was told that the person would be coming that day itself but finally nobody turned up. Till day i have not even received a call from these people. Now the only option i am left with is to register a complaint with the consumer court.
I have always seen the ads about the high class service experience from eurekaforbes. If this is what you call customer service then its a shame.
