I had bought the VC in 2007.

I had called upon EF asking for a spare part which i thought it was missing and hence could not be used.

The engineer came to my house, saw the machine and found,all the spare parts were available. He did not even switch on or off or checked the system, he demanded a service charge of 250 and he says , now it is out of warranty.

on speaking to him and his supervisor, even for just visiting, as if receiving guest, we must pay Rs. 250/- for which nothing has been done.

It really frustrating to talk to someone who says, it is required to pay because their system software requires it and is mandated for a call to be closed. Where is the customer service gone here?>..is this a genuine service call?...

I had to pay .disgusted with the company service. I had no choice...wondering the remedy towards it.!!!!!!!!
