Dear sir,

I have purchased exide innva queen 500+ battery of exide brand from M/s Madan Batteries,NTPC Road Main Market,Near Agarwal sweet house,sec-31,Nithari,Noida vide bill no.728 dated 22/07/2009.The said battery has been spoiled on 20.02.2011.I have contacted the supplier to repair the battery as it is within the warranty period of 24 months as mentioned in the bill and the warranty card given by the company. The supplier said that the battery is spoiled and beyond repair and reasion given for damage of battery is drying up the shell, where as company claims that there is no need to put distrile water for 24 months. The supplier refused to replace the battery with new one even after my insistance thatbattery is with in warranty period and it is spoilt due to not topping up this battery. Where as company claims that top up is not required with intial period of 24 months. I feel cheated by the supplier as the promise made by company/supplier are not adhered to. You are requested to kindly take necessary action so that justice is delivered to me.
