Angry Extremely Bad Experience on Purchasing Whirlpool Referigerator

Here Is my Mail to Whirlpool Helpdesk on my complaint. It has still not been resolved.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Further to my mails below, this is my 4th mail on this subject.
33 days have passed, and problem is still not resolved.
• I have again called customer care on 28th June'2010 w.r.t my complaint number DL0610007245. They told by 29th June this complaint would be resolved on priority.
• I called on number given by Ms. Charu(9811333349). It was a helpline number and again there was no concrete reply as to when complaint would be resolved.
• I asked for number of her senior and I was given phone number of Mr.Deepak Batra (9212542912).
• I called Mr. Deepak Batra on 28/06/2010 at 16:50 P.M. from my mobile number 9910832888. He didn't pick up the call and also neither called back.
• As far as customer care promise is concerned, nothing happened.

I am surprised at such a callous attitude from your organisation.

I hope some will take care to resolve my complaint and sincerely also hope that some one reads this mail or I am just wasting my time in requesting 4 times? Is this the way company like Whirlpool works?

It is unfortunate to note that matter has still not been resolved.

• A few days back have received a call from your company representative Ms. Charu(9811333349). She promised me that "fresh-o-store" plastic container would be delivered by Friday i.e.11th June. I told that considering my previous experience I will take Monday i.e 14th June and I hope that by 14th June, the container would be given to me. Charu assured that same would be done.
• Nobody came or called me till 11th June.
• On 12th June I received a call from ,someone by the name of Sunny(01165090572).As per this gentleman I am now supposed to get , my plastic "fresh-o-store" container by 20th June.
I hope in such a big organisation like Whirpool, it would be understood that , 19 days are enough to resolve a customer complaint. And I assume that my complaint is not that big that it would take 19 days.
The sorry part is that even after 19 days I being told that it would take 7 more days. And I am not sure that even after 7 days , the complaint would be resolved.

Really, it is mental torture to a customer who has spent hard earned money on company's product.

I hope that someone will take this up and matter will be resolved at the earliest.

I have still not received any revert from you.
As per your website this is the mail id for any complaint and hence I am writing on this.
Further to the details below wish to state that:
• I have again called the dealer. Now he is saying flatly that this container would be replaced by company only.
• I again contacted your customer care on 6th June . A fresh complaint was lodged under number DL 0610007245. I was assured that someone would call me on 7th June by 12:00 noon.
• Nobody has contacted me nor visited our home till now to resolve our complaint.
Kindly do understand that 11 days have passed and there seems to be no resolution of my complaint. No one is helping me out and this kind of service from a reputed company like yours is disappointing to say the least.

Request if you can help me out.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a refrigerator of your company on 26th May’2010.

The refrigerator was purchased from B.H. Electronics and Furniture 7, D.A.V School Building, Yusuf Sarai, new Delhi-110016.
Cash Memo details are (Book No.118, S.No.13987). Model was 200 Lts. Fusion Supreme Titanium. The product was in name of my wife Reema Sharma, 79 Masjid Moth, 4th Floor, Near Radha Krishan Mandir, New Delhi.

I had been put under extreme mental torture by your representatives and wish to take this to consumer court, if not resolved amicably.

Hence I request this helpline mail id to solve my problem and also this will act as a document that complaint has been given to company.

Facts of the problem are as under:
• When the fridge was opened , from its packing, by dealer representative , it was found that “fresh-O-Store” plastic container was broken.
• Dealer people told to lodge complaint in customer care.
• The complaint was lodged on 27-05 under number DL0510032866.
• The company engineer visited our home and took back the “fresh-o-store” container and told that it would be replaced.
• Received a call from Mr. Raj(said that calling from Whirlpool and number was 011-32957294). Mr. Raj told that we need to get in tocuh with the dealer.
• The dealer did not give any kind of response. Just assured . Talked to dealer 4 times. But there was no result and we were constantly harassed. Behaviour of dealer people was rude.
• Again called customer care on 4th June. It was told that somebody would called me.
• Again called Mr. Raj at 011-32957294. He told that contact dealer.

I am amazed at this kind of service. Normally we are having Samsung products only and this is first time I have taken a Whirlpool product.

Why the plastic container “Fresh-o-Store” is not being replaced. Why I am being falsely assured every time ? Why I am mentally tortured?

I would have called atleast 15-20 times to your various representatives.

Kindly look into this and let me know what you are doing about this.

Default Change Referigerator

Dear Sir,

I Mrs. Aklati Jamatia, Add:- Moth Chowmohani, Agartala, Tripura West, bought a Whirlpool Master Mind Referigerator‎ (Model No. MM26ELITE - SL No. INA 094904599) on 15/04/2010 from a well-known shop (Giriraj) in our state. On 08/02/2011 Referigerator Compressor had changed. And now cooling system is not working due to pipe line is jammed as service center told. They asked for make a hole behind the Referigerator and take out the pipe on the back side. Whereas I am not agree with them and within 1year this problem we are facing then after every month I have to call to service center to repair my Referigerator.

I am requesting you to change my Referigerator as soon as possible with a new and ok one.
