I had purchased Faber's 4 burner glasstop gas stove from Kitchen care appliances,RTF-56, Royal Tower,Shipra Sun-city,Indirapuram,Ghaziabad on 18/2/2010. I was given assurance that the tuffen glass on top has life long warranty unless broken intentionally by hitting hard or fallen on earth from a height.On 26/12/2011 it has cracked from edges of all four sides on its own without even tiuching it.I registered a complaint no.1112093484 dated 27/12/2011 with the company. Company sent a technician to veryfy the complaint who confirmed that it has broken due to manufacturing defect. The company is not willing to relplace it unless the cost of the glass Rs.2000/- is paid to them.
