Dear sir,
we bought four burner cook top from faber thinking that it would be resourseful and would make our lives hassle free. But from the day we brought it home it has been giving us sleepless nights.the very second day of our purchase we complained of its manufacturing defect , the auto ignition refused to work hence was changed the third day the burnt mark came on the place where the flame couldnt reach and the hot vessel woulnt sit . we couldnt take it off despite applying various techniques.The technicians who visited blamed the ones before of being non professionals yet were themselves no good .the brass buner died young in three months and was replaced.the other three are in equally bad shape .its then when we sparsely use the gas as most of the work is done in microwave ITS RISKY TO USE WITH KIDS AT HOME many a times the gas burner controls turn on even at the slightest movement letting the gas flow in the air .luckily there are no accidents but with this product there are no gurantees Now the final leaf to fall is the distribution of flame according to the size.here we are pulling our hair .As of now only one burner is functional as soon as the gas cylinder reaches half the cooktop fails to take up the gas and spread into all four burners weare left with no choice but to replace the cylinder. We are tired of running from pillar to posts hoping that some action will swing but in vain.I want an immediate replacement of the product or our hard earned money back.please ensure some strict action againts this cheat company as there are many who are suffering as we are.and slap a heavy fine against them so that in future they dont make peoples life miserable.people beware learn from others experiences dont commit mistakes to gain them...never buy or recommend to any body
