Dear Sir /madam

I bought a Faber Hob in 2007 Feb. Last Year i had called a servicemen from Faber for servicing of the same, that service guy removed some of the parts of the hob and didn't return back saying he'll replace stuff within 2 days. Now last week the gas connection knob of the hob suddenly broke down, leaking the gas all over the home. after this accident i've made around 10 calls to Faber service centre, then the engineer came and said this is the first of its kind case in the history of faber and he's to check the hob in the company service centre. Company Tempo was suppose to come to pick up the hob but noone has responded as yet. when we spoke to the company manager he sounded least bothered (and extremly rude) about the customer complaints and problems.
we are completely dissatisfied with Faber products and services.
