Though product is good, the Faber service is very bad. I got faber chimney and hob through Hemadri ceramics. The installation guy charged Rs. 450 and fixed the chimney lower (my head was hitting the chimney glass). When I called the service charge to raise it, he was so indifferent and said that, it has been fixed above 600 mm as per Faber's instruction and cannot do anything. Also, the technician did not fix 2 screws on the side to hold the stainless steel cover. It feels I paid a hefty sum (45K) for such a bad experience. I pray that, the products should not give problems (as I may have to bring the crappy service team again inside my home).
