I am Ankith Jain from Hyderabad I have given a complain regarding the Faber stove not working properly before 15-20 days my complain no. is 1393 when ever i call to Mr.Srinivas Chary at 040-27733494 he just tells me that today the technician would be arriveing at so on time but yet there is no response today when i called him he said that the technician have called me but i had not answered the call which is false said by him. Three days back when my mom was cooking on the stove there was a irregular flame which burnt away the cloth kept aside. Thank God that nothing happen to my mom......
I kindly request you to take some action him.
