We bought a split a/c from LG back in September 2009 but got it installed in April2010 by certified LG engineer, after a month of installation it stopped cooling and we raised a compalint for which we were told that there is no gas in the AC.which was fixed and after 2 days it gave the same problem, likewise we were given atleast 3-4 compalint numbers but of no use, after the engineer fill in the gas after 2 days same problem again.
We really want the company to replace the defected AC which is not working at all now as the AC is still in the warranty period.
Now we suggest to all people not to buy LG AC.
