We bought a refrigerator (Whirlpool, 200 Lit)on 9th May'10. The first one which was supplied from ur shop was defective. The fridge stopped working on the 2nd day. After calling several times they have changed the fridge. Now this second fridge has some problem with the GASKET, the door is not at all closing properly,the ice is melting since outside hot air is entering and insects are also entering inside. Since the last 5 months this door problem is there. We called up customer care so many times. 6-7 service engineers have visited from Bangalore service centre & seen, but till date they have not done ANYTHING.They are very irresponsible. Now its almost 6 months over & the same problem is there. We request you to take up this matter seriously and do the needful.
