my name is mahesh kumar, my gas agency name is South Delhi Enterprises (moti Bagh)(dealer of Indane Gas), my consumer no. is 24280.
i booked my gas before 1 week, tomorrow 24/06/2011 2.10 pm my delivery man came to delivery my cylinder ( last time i found that my cylinder is to short , i weight my cylinder i found that 4.2 kgs weight short in cylinder weight ) just because of that i ask to delivery man to weight my cylinder , he said to me that i am new man and everything is OK pls faith me. i again ask to weight the cylinder he said that he dont have weighting maching and his vehicle stand upto 500 mtr so he dont take the weight machine.
i just write on delivery slip that I ASK TO WEIGHT CYLINDER AND HE CANT DO THIS. after that delivery man ask me that i come again after 1 hour and weight cylinder in the presence of me and he taken back cylinder, till time he is not come again.

HOW CAN HE KNOW THAT ANOTHER CYLINDER IS FULL (WITHOUT WEIGHT THE CYLINDER) AND SAID CYLINDER IS SHORT WEIGHT . THIS MEANS HE KNOW THAT SOUTH DELHI ENTERPRISES THEFT THE GAS AND DELIVERY THE SAID CYLINDER TO CONSUMERS HOME.

i complaint this matter to South Delhi Enterprises, they ask to me that he is not responsible to weight the cylinder and short gas, they (south delhi) ask me that INDANE GAS (HP) SHORT DELIVER OF GAS TO HIS AGENCIES.

sir i requested to you that take strictly action aginst him, and my accurate cylinder deliver at my home.

Dear Sir

Distributer (Vijay Rattan enterprises) ki galti ki wajah se 2001 main LPG Transfer karte samay T.S.V. main meri sister ka nam Shanti Devi se Kanti Devi ho gaya. New distributer (Madhu Gas Agency) ne bhi bina kuch kahe connection chalu kar diya aur aaj tak lagatar Shanti Devi ko LPG mil rahi hai. Ab Shanti Devi ko naye distributer (Aaradhika Gas Agency, Noida) main LPG transfer karni hai, lekin ab Madhu Gas Agency wale Kanti Devi ka proof mang rahe hain jabki hamare pas Shanti Devi ken nam kef proof hain. Shanti Devi ko ab pata chala hai ki unka nam galat kar diya gaya hai.

Vijay Rattan enterprises ke record main abhi bhi Shanti Devi hai. Lekin wo hume nam change karke nahi de rahe hai. Jabki galti unki hai. Shanti Devi ko English padni nahi aati hai esliye wo apne nam ko check nahi kar paayi jabki unhone har jagah apne sign hindi main Shanti Devi kiye hai aur aaj tak kabi koi problem nahi hui.

Sir Shanti Devi English nahi janne ki wajah se apna nam nahi check kar paayi lekin jisne wo TSV banaya usne Shanti Devi ko Kanti Devi kyun kiya. Uski ek galti ki wajah se aaj Shanti Devi ko bahut paresani ka samna karna pad raha hai.
