I had purchased the stove 2 months back only.I had compliant that the Gas stove is not working fine 1 month back but the conserned person came to my house after 2 week after the compliant and he said he need the xerox copy of the original bill and he took 1 week of time to collect the xerox.Finally he said it will take 2-3 weeks to get the product by the mean time the Gas stove class bursted. When I asked for a replacement he said he will not replace rather will service and I need to pay for it, so I asked what is the quarntee That it wont happen again so give me replacement I asked, he said he cannot.
