I have purchased cookingstove-nero4 withglass top after the assurance of dealer at ameerpet shop thattheglass is hardened and heatproof. But the glass top exploded into pieces and some pieces flownupto 2meter radius. When complained about thistoservicingcentre as well as the dealer from whom the item is purchased they have not responded in a right way. They are not addressing about the safety of the personalusing the stove. they have not replaced it fully and not compensated. thats why i am bringing this to notice of all.
