I have purchased a Glen food processor on July 31st in Chennai. I am residing in Calicut. When I opened the product for use, it was not running. Then I made a complaint to the concerned after 10 days. they replied immediately saying that our service engineer will come to you. But no body came. I again sent them a mail saying the issue. Then one person called me and said "I am busy. I cannot come." I again sent a mail. Then another person called me saying that "I can come only after 21st August due to ONAM". But till now no body came. I again sent them a mail. This time no body is responded. again and again I sent them mails, but of no use.
How to resolve this problem? I am not able to use that product and facing diificulty.
