I bought a food processor from HOME SHOP18 on 15 july 2011 and it was delivered at my home address in pune. After sometime, i tried to make orange juice in it but on the first time itself, the juicer net(jaali) was broken and then I asked the service center in pune to replace it on 6th Dec.
The reference number given to me is - PSP337. till today i have not received that part and i'm ready to pay for it. Its been almost 1 month now.
Another problem is that, I tried slicing vegetables using the slicer attachment, but the blade is not stable and it did not work. Now I am not even able to knead floor. I believe there is some major problem with the processor segment because now nothing is working. I complained the same to the service center at - 020-32677555 on 19th dec, but till today no technician has come to check the processor. Inspite of calling them again and again, nobody has come and they say that technician is busy with other complaints.
Now, i have a junk product at my home for which your company does not care at all. It is a cheap product with no service at all. For the first time i have purchased a GLEN product and I am very frustated with the kind of service provided by Glen India. Their after sales service is very poor and pathetic.
I even tried calling Glen Faridabad at 01292254191, but even they have not helped me.
