On the 1st of march, 2011, my refrigerator broke down. So we contacted global tech through "just dial". Their repair technician came to our house and checked the problem. He took our refrigerator for repair saying that the compressor was not working and needed to be replaced. After 2-3 days he brought it back, but billed us a whooping rs. 6340 for the repair.
A week back our refrigerator broke down once again. So we called the same person to see what the problem is, since they had promised us 1 year of warranty. But now neither are they responding to the office telephone number, nor is the repair technician ready to listen to us. They are not even ready to give us directions to their office.
Please help us as we have spent a large amount on the repair.
