sir, I have booked a godrej eon ref. vide application no.1445066 dt.22/10/11 against advance payment of Rs.500/- through agent named kiran(9350) with agreement to deliver item by 25/10/11.after expiry of due date I contacted customer care but they did not help me nobody turned back.I contacted on ph no.02267961319 many times ,no positive answer.I have been given no.9823838008 of Mr.Kailash, who is responsible for delivary ,after calling atleast 40 times for last 4-5 days he didn't pick up.Lastly on 31/10/11 he replied item is out of stock ,but could not confirm when my item will be delivered. still I am uncertain about delivary.management should look into such type of problem being faced by the customer.customer care replied that they will attend only service related problem.they is no provision for sell related queries.Reply from related authorities awated.
