Usha trading co.at nashik,Maharashtra ,during the exhibition of their product falsely promised for many gifts... for the sale their ,product they asked to book the product just by paying Rs 100,which will be re embers ed if u cancel the deal. We booked microware by paying Rs. 500 and requested for immediate delivery as it was an auspicious day.We waited but no body turned up, We went to the shop, Mr.pinakin joshi (owner- very rude person) took all the money for the microwave and again promised to dill ever the microwave but refused to give any gift as their own attendant didn't mentioned it on the receipt which was verbally promised to us during the exhibition then after discussing with his staff he agreed to give us maharaja mixer juicier and grinder -1st gift,2nd gift-scratch card & refused to pay 3 rd gift Timex watch worth Rs. 3000 promised to us,,,He used abusive language with us ,,,,next day we went to either cancel the whole deal or give us the microwave for which he took the whole amount from us earlier(Even after paying full cash payment we were not getting our product). we literally set in his office for delivery. We went at 3.00 to 7.30 he didn't attended us and said "yahan bathne se kuch nahi hoga...." after an argument he gave us the microwave which was a display piece instead of packed new piece,,,,he did everything to harass us to go away....but again didn't gave us our promised gift.He said we will give u whenever available, on request for tentative date , he gave us date.30th oct. to contact ... from last three days i call at Usha trading co.at nashik-pune road,he say tell i m busy-not available, and the attendant used to put me on hold for 30-30 mts...I Called at another office of theirs Mr. Ram Joshi-( kind gentleman) game me his cell no. after hearing all ...I had a talk with him ,I told him that i haven't got my belongings yet he,,,,again started giving me excuses .....I am so unhappy about the whole deal with them ,they just false promise to customer and talk sweetly till the time we don't pay. once the money is in their pocket they harass us....and say" jo kerna hai kerlo''
