to the godrej consumer cell...i dont know what's wrong going with u..u have posted me a reply that my refrigirator is serviced..can i know what is the name of mechanic who attended the complaint? If he attended the complaint,tell me on which date and at what time he rectified my refrigirator fault? Can he submitted u the customer satisfaction number?..i'm asking this information because still today my complint was not attended by anyone...apart from this i again filled a complaint on 01jul11 via complaint num 587905..again the fraudalent message that your complaint has been attended on 15jul was delivered to my mobile...why the godrej customer care cheating the customers in this way?.what can i do if one of the biggest marketing company like godrej cheated me...?..i will tell everyone not to bye any godrej product.
