Dear Sir,
I have an AMC with Godrej Smart Care since January 2009. My contract no. is 0201090428. At the time of entering the contract for 3 year, I made the payment by the cheque no.510204 dated 07.01.2009 amounting Rs. 2922/- of Allahabad Bank South Sinthi branch.
At the time of contract my address was 48/38 South Sinthi Road , Kolkata - 700050 . I have shifted to a new addresswhich is 14F/1M DumDum Road , Kolkata -700030. It was duely informed to your cll centre no. 1-8002095511. I told them repetadely that in process of shifting we lost the document/receipt of AMC and gave them the details. In spite of several request till date they did not send me the duplicate copy of the receipt.
Yesterday when attending a complain no. 8005511 and respond by 1860-3000-2030 , the person asked me for the paper and when we told him the fact then he talked to his office and confirmed me that as per their information there is no such AMC belong with their company and that's why i have to pay Rs.350/- as inspection charges. Then after some hot discussion he called somebody named Santanu Adhikari , who later admitted that the AMC is there in their records.
My humble request is please resolve the matter as soon as possible by issuing the duplicate copy of AMC certificate/ receipt , and replace the damaged spare for which i am ready to pay as per norms.
