I had purchased a Godrej Washing Machine Model no. GWS 6201 - 6.2 kg Semi Automatic,Chassis no 400307043512 from M/s VK Enterprises, Badarpur Village, New Delhi - 44 on 15.06.2008 vide bill no 15606.
In 03 years, the washing motor stopped working and it was repaired through Godrej service centre and paid Rs 3000/-.Subsequently in following month,spin motor failed and the same was repaired.complaint no 225802 dated 02.8.11.An amount of Rs 1598/- was charged for repair.After repair the spin motor again failed on Ist uses and a complaint no1009251190 dated 10.9.11 was lodged immediately.A rep from Ruchika Services, 101-A Hari Nagar,
Ashram,New Delhi 14 on behalf of Godrej service centre visited us and disconnected spin motor. So far the no repair is being done by the company and I am forced to wash my clothes from market which not only costing huge sum but also time and mental stress. I request to direct M/s Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd to under take immediate repair of Spin Motor since the same is failed within service warranty. I may also be compensated suitably for the losses which i am forced to incurr due to failure of spin motor.
