Hi Sir,

I am writing this after having several bad experience with Godrej. I bought a godrej washing machine GWF 650 FDHP on Sep 4th, 2010. Initially a person from Godrej came in and gave the demo on the machine and also convincing us for taking extended warranty or AMC. We did pay him the money on 6th Sep 2010. Till this part everything was fine, now the show starts:
1. It took me 4 months with several calls to the Godrej Customer Care and Godrej HO Hyderabad to get the original AMC Acknowledgement document.
2. Within a year the motor of the machine got damaged and here also I have to make several calls to the customer care to get the technician to my house and replaced the motors.
Till this part I was consuming all there non-senses but now it has reached to extreme.
From the date the motor has been replaced the machine has started giving problem, first because of problem with the fixing of the pipe while replacing the motors the water used to come out of the machine.
Then because of some belt displacement the spinning was not happening properly. Here also the engineerin comes after long call fixed that which got to same problem within a week.
Now I am frustrated. I raised this complain with the Godrej Customer Care (Complain No..0412631765 )and it is over a week now and nobody has turned up from their side yet. I called them almost 4-5 times and everytime they are saying we will be reminding the service center. I need help. I don't understand why these companies cheat people. They will say all attractive and luring words while taking money but why they don't even bother for providing service. It seems like once you buy a product you become pray to their mercy. Whenever they will feel like addressing your problem only then they will come and we can't do anything. With a hope to get some assitance that can help me out of this misery, I am raising the issue here.
