With due regards i would like to inform you that my GODREJ GP 200 water purifier is not working from 40 days. Despite my many complaints to the customer care but till now, no action has been taken yet. They say that service will be provided in 24 hours by contacting me or by a visit. they visited my house only one time during the whole period of 40 days and told us that the UV clamp inside has to be change.

So, Kindly advise me and help me out from this situation and do the needful.
