I have bought one Samsung washing machine from Great Eastern Tollygaunge outlet on 30/10/11.I requested to delivered it by next saturday and It was confirmed that washing m/c would be delivered by Saturday 12 Noon.I called the great eastern Tollygaung shop 5 times to confirm the deliver time and that time they confirmed about it.But on saturday 4PM they called me to ask when to send the washing m/c.I asked the manager of that shop but he replied with very lame excuse,behave badly.
I am very old customer of the Great Eastern but i went to tollygaung shop for the first time and got this very poor service.Really got the lesson that never go the again great eastern.And delivered this message to my near and dear friends.
