Good Day,
Please note that I had bought my laptop Toshiba Satellite M300 in NOvember 2009 with 1 year warranty. HOwever, using laptop for just less than 2 months, it developed problem of not being able to be charged. On contacting HCL Infosystems, Mount road ( authorised service station for Toshiba then), the informed me that the motherboard had gone faulty. So the laptop was taken for servicing on 9th February'2010.
However, till July'2010, I hadnt got my laptop back. I had been following the same with many many mails and phone calls and when I informed them that I would be contacting consumer court, they returned my laptop in the month of AUgust'2010 saying the motherboard has been replaced. However, upon using the same, the problem is still exisiting.
Please guide me and help me get suitable replacement laptop or suitable service from their end. I have all copies of my mails sent to them, the bills and all invoices. Evn though Toshiba has a very good name world wide, our Indian Toshiba service people have greatly dis apponted me and caused me great loss in money (travelling and on phone calls even from U.K) and lots of mental trauma.
I would like to request you to guide me suitably.
