This is to inform you that I have purchased one refrigerator of your esteemed organization of Model Number - Haier HRB-331HP4 Fridge (W/Silver Colour) from Capitol Electronics, p-161, V.I.P. Road, Scheme VIIIM, Kolkata-700054 on 11/05/2011.
As rust is being exhibited on both the door, I have lodged a complain on 01/01/2011 (complain number - KOL 1112010066) to "HIMALAYA ENGINEERING WORKS, phone number-9143388284" as i have received this information through SMS from LM - Haier regarding services offred by them on behalf of Haier as they are the service center at Kolkata of Haier. Accordingly one technician attended the complain on my house and assured for its prompt solution, but as it has not been materialized again I have contacted "HIMALAYA ENGINEERING WORKS, phone number-9143388284" to resolve the issue. I was informed by them that the refrigerator will be replaced by new one as it is a serious problem and I was also suggested by them to attend their storage at C**** Street, Chingrighata, EM - Bypass, Kolkata for verification of the new model which was supposed to be replaced by them. I have sent my consent regarding the colour and model which I have verified at above mentioned storage.
Unfortunately as the refrigerator has not been replaced I have tried to contact "HIMALAYA ENGINEERING WORKS, phone number-9143388284" incessantly over phone since last 15 days, but it was very difficult to get them on phone as they were reluctant to receive my phone perhaps my mobile number was allergic to them.
Ultimately I was assured by "HIMALAYA ENGINEERING WORKS, phone number-9143388284" for complete replacement of the refrigerator on 26/12/2011, but till date this was not materialized instead of lame excuses provided by them.
Without finding anyway I have contacted Head Office of Haier, Delhi on 11//01/2012 where I was provided new Complain Number - KOL 121110028 after narrating the whole fact.
Now I have become puzzle for this two different complain number. Instead of this sorts of communication as an bonafide customer. Will it be an exaggerated claim if I expect its prompt replacement???????
