I have been using Haier washing machine. On 23/04/2010 it stopped spinning. It can only wash the clothes but doesntg dry them. I logged a complaint. The technician visited and found that the Drain motor is damaged and needs to be replaced. Since then there is no call or no technician to change the same. Daily calls to the customer care for the complaint also dont work. They say that I will surely get the service. Today is the 25th day following my complaint, situation remains the same. I request you not to buy any of the Haier Product.
