I am Rahul Sahni using Hair India Window AC since august last year, it haven't been a year yet that the AC cooling is 0. I have been complaining since Sunday 25/07/2010 to their customer care and they haven't taken my call yet. They always say that i will send someone today for sure sir but no one come. I just want to inform all of you who are about to buy any of their product please don't there service sucks. I was having a doubt that the AC was not cooling as it should since few month back i called there service guy and as usual he came after 2 week of complaint and I told him the AC is giving this problem please check it carefully he said AC is ok sir i cannot check it completely as i have to take the AC off from the window and went and what I was doubting happened.\
SO GUYS DON'T GO FOR HAIR!!
