It is to inform you that i , ravi kashyap purchased a samsung home theatre model no ht - z320t/xtc , sl no 9eysihcs800176p, from samsung shoppee ( jamshedpur electronics ), sakchi plaza , straight mile road , near aambagan , sakchi , jamshedpur - 831001 on 14/10/2009. It went out of order after four months of my purchase.i gave the system to the samsung service centre ( superior service , 54 , new ranikudur , rd no 5 , kadma , jamshedpur - 831005 phone no 0657-2222371) for repairing on 30/03/2010. After two months of waiting ,they told me that it cannot be repaired nor replaced as a part of the machine is not available in the market.they told me that i will get a cheque after deducting 22% depreciation on my purchase price. Is it fair that i get depreciation for a product which is under warranty period ? After 3 months and 13 days , neither i got my system replaced nor i got any cheque. I am really tensed and dont know what to do ?i am surprised how such big company like samsung give such responsibility of servicing to such careless people? The sevice centre treat as if we customers are beggars. They dont respond at all. Can anybody help me ?
