I have purchased a Whirlpool SA 6.5 kg washing m/c through star CJ delivered by their franchisee MNM Trading Solution Private Limited, Vill. Sampka - jamalpur, Pataudi Road, Tehsil - Pataudi, Gurgaon - 123503 Haryana. against Invoice No. 201008120438 dated 12.08.10 by Order no. 20100812006412 and Docket no. 358077945. I received the product in damaged condition. It has been requested to you right from the date of delivery which was 16.08.10 at 1630 hrs. I also have gone through the conditions printed in invoice. Now I do not want that product, kindly collect your product from the place of delivery. Moreover it has already been told to the delivery boy that The payment will be done after the opening of the package for inspection, but delivery boy did not allow us to open the parcel. First he took the money then handover the parcel.
We have contacted Star CJ through electronic mail, through SMS, through phone, they showed us the door of Whirlpool customer care. We contacted Whirlpool customer care, they ignore our request. What to do I am unable to understand.
I am too much frustrated and do not want to use this product anymore. Therefore it is requested to you again that please collect your washing m/c.
MORE OVER TODAY YOUR SERVICE ER. HAS COME TO US, BUT SAID TO US THAT PLASTIC PARTS WILL NOT BE REPLACED THOUGH WE HAVE RECEIVED IT IN A DAMAGED CONDITION.
