    Default harassment Whirlpool

    I have purchased a Whirlpool SA 6.5 kg washing m/c through star CJ delivered by their franchisee MNM Trading Solution Private Limited, Vill. Sampka - jamalpur, Pataudi Road, Tehsil - Pataudi, Gurgaon - 123503 Haryana. against Invoice No. 201008120438 dated 12.08.10 by Order no. 20100812006412 and Docket no. 358077945. I received the product in damaged condition. It has been requested to you right from the date of delivery which was 16.08.10 at 1630 hrs. I also have gone through the conditions printed in invoice. Now I do not want that product, kindly collect your product from the place of delivery. Moreover it has already been told to the delivery boy that The payment will be done after the opening of the package for inspection, but delivery boy did not allow us to open the parcel. First he took the money then handover the parcel.
    We have contacted Star CJ through electronic mail, through SMS, through phone, they showed us the door of Whirlpool customer care. We contacted Whirlpool customer care, they ignore our request. What to do I am unable to understand.
    I am too much frustrated and do not want to use this product anymore. Therefore it is requested to you again that please collect your washing m/c.
    MORE OVER TODAY YOUR SERVICE ER. HAS COME TO US, BUT SAID TO US THAT PLASTIC PARTS WILL NOT BE REPLACED THOUGH WE HAVE RECEIVED IT IN A DAMAGED CONDITION.
    I GOT A SMS IN WHICH MY SATISFACTION NO. WAS GIVEN AS 926, PLEASE MIND YOU I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. I GUESS IT IS NOW TOO MUCH I NOW
    I SHOULD GET IT THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL

    Default Refrigerator compressor repacement under warrenty

    Dear sir,

    I have purchased Whirlpool 310 lts flexigerator on 07/11/2005 at Digital vision Enterprises, vijayawada. On 13/8/2010 it was suddenly not functioning and I immeadiatly registered my complaint with your local service point as well as to the customer care support vide complaint no:6794 dt.13/8/2010 and customer satisfaction no.445. your local technical person visited and confirmed that the compressor was failed.Then your people came and replaced the compressor after my repeated requests and charged Rs.1380/- towards transportation service charges and others. It is not fair on your part to collect such an amount using the situation.Again on the same day the Refrigerator failed to work which I intimated to your local service point and It clearly shows the quality of your work. But they have not bothered to inspect the unit.Again on 23/08/2010 I registered my complaint with customer care vide no:12911 and customer satisfaction No:404. on 25/08/2010 your technician came and said the compressor is not working.But so far nobody is responding even to my repeated requests. I requested your customer care also several times to look into the matter but no positive response from your side.This clearly shows your lack of service to the customers and your negligent attitude in giving after sale service . We are facing lot of trouble with you and you will be held responsibe for all the mental agony and losses i have incurred.however I once again request you to take immeadiate steps to rectify the refrigerator or repalce the entire unit otherwise I will be forced to take furthur steps against you because I am very much frustated with your attitude.

    Angry Cheating by service staff-patna

    On 04-11-2010, after repeated calls your engineer, Mr. Shashi Kapoor ( Mobile No. 09386814257) finally called on us to repair an out of warranty W. Machine. He claimed to replace a part & charged Rs. 735/-, vide SRN-566. Immediately after repairing the unit, it was brought to the notice of your engineer that the same defect remained unresolved. Mr. Shashi, ignored our feedback & left.

    We had no other alternative to lodge a fresh complaint.

    This time Mr. Shashi Kapoor, took the machine to the service station (on 16-11-2010). The machine has not been returned till date. Upon calling your service station we have been told in a most rude manner that the unit would be delivered only after we make payment of Rs. 700/-. (as if we are thieves, who will run away without paying).

    The whole experience leaves a bitter taste & we regret choosing Whirlpool.

    We request you to mail the action taken against your ill mannered, obnoxious staff at Patna.

    Also tell us as to why we should again pay Rs.700/- when the W.Machine was never repaired in the first instance.

    Thumbs up fridge service after warranty period

    dear sir,

    i have a double door fridge which was working well for the past 7 years. from last year water is leaking and getting accumulated at the bottom of the veg basket. i had been making complaints regularly . somebody or other will come.even before coming they will tell us over phone that we shd be prepared to pay the service charge whatever they charge.the fridge was repaired atleast 3 to 4 times for the same defect and i have paid service charge for the same mistake thrice. till now the problem is not solved. today also one mr.balaji arum,ph.no.7418050092,who attended the machine last week , said that he will come today and inspect again.if your people are not able to detect the mistake ,pl. send some competent person to do the repair. next time i will not pay any service charge for the same mistake and also take up the matter to the higher competent authority in whirlpool.
