I am very disappointed with the pathetic service provided from after sales service of Philips water purifier since last 15 days
I have purchased Philips water purifier WP 3891 on 31may 2010 considering good Quality & better services from PHILIPS. But surprises start coming when it was delayed to installed by 4 days after spending lots of time calling services for technician. Finally product installed on 4th June @ 8 pm but very next morning inlet cap cracked down & water spread everywhere in kitchen.
We stopped using water purifier since that incident & register the complaint.The executives taking the call says that the service would be provided within 48 hours.
But, no service is provided as of now and when I call back and complaint about this, the executives says "its our material non availability problem" and will be rectified on 19 june only.
I still don't know when I would get the service or will get it at all or not. This is very disappointing that I have Filter at my home but drinking unhygienic water!!!. I think it was my wrong decision to select PHILIPS company for Purifier.
I am a man with family & 2 of them are senior citizen under treatment & need more pure water.
Hence, I would appreciate if you take prompt action on my complaint.
