Sir/Madam,

I Ashutosh Kumar purchesed Hitachi windo ac-Ravo18EQDZ1by paying rs26000/-full in cash on 8th May 10.Delivery date given was 11th May,but we did noy recieved the item till 14th.we regularely called and get answer that item is not aveilable in our stock.It will take 3-4 days more to deliever.Finally we changed the product and recieved other Window ac worth 25000/-Vide Recpt no2056002903.They told me that balance 1000/- will be given back within 2-3 days.BUt now they are not returning it.I personally visited twice and calling them every day.
Plese help/penalize the cenral vendor and compensate me for phisical and moral harrassment caused by Central,2nd floor,Raghuleelamall
