i purchased a pure it on 19-04-2010 from their authorised dealer sudama nagar indore . i got some leakage problem from germ kill kit. I complained regarding this leakage to their coustomer care department and got a complaint no C102227757 dt. 26-05-2010. i also informed to the retailer about this problem. But the services did not turn up. I remainded them so many times but there was no positive response from their side. Today i again remainded them but their response was negative.
so i therefore request you to look into the matter.
