I have purchased PureIT Compact water filter a few months back in Bangalore. I am facing problem with it. The filter is not functioning to it's fullest capacity as mentioned in the user manual. When I called the dealer, dealer asked me to contact company. When I called the company they are denying to provide any support to this model though they have mentioned to provide one in their warranty and instead reverting me back to dealer for support. This is a clear case of Hindustan Unilever intending to cheat customers. It seems they have removed support on this particular model suddenly, and even though they have given warranty, they are now denying the service. Now, what is the procedure to pull the company in the consumer court and get the justice?
