Hi, I m Dr. D. B. Majumdar.
I had purchased pure It water purifier of HUL on 21/7/2011 for Rs. 2000/- from Gokul Electricals, Yerwada, Pune-411006.
My customer id no.1927381996. The product which I had purchased has 6 months of Warranty. After 4 months the basement of the purifier has started leaking. I have called the Pure It helpline. One person from the company had come to find out what's the problem. He told us that the problem cannot be cured. You have to change the basement of purifier.He told me to purchase the basement of purifier from outside by paying. Company is not giving the replacement of basement even the product is still in the warranty period.2 days before I had approached the senior executive officer of the company. He told me that he would visit my house but still he hasn't come yet despite calling him 2-3 times.As I had purchased the product and it is inside the warranty period problem should have been solved by the company. But company is not helping us so I have to launch the complaint against the company for justice.
