    Angry Hindustan unilever ltd/pureit

    We purchased Germ kill kit form company on 30 Nov, 2011 & germ kill battery became a completely red with in 15 days & stop working. On 16 Dec, 2011 I registered complain for germ kill battery but form the date of complaint registered to till the date no any action has been taken by the company.

    Inspite of regular phone calls and follow-ups apart form stupid fake promises & irritative SMS (we could not trace your address.........) we have not received any type of response from the company, no any single representative came to check what is exactly issue with germ kill battery.

    The following is the customer id number and the complaint registered with the company .

    I hope after registering complaint in consumer court these shameless peoples will awake form the sleep & some action will be taken.

    Default complain for battery got red in 600 Lts consumption of water

    I purchased Pureit Auto-fill on16/06/2011 for my office. In my office there are 3 persons . and average consumption of water is 5 Ltrs per day. There are 24 to 25 working days in a month. So In 5 months till nonember,2011,total consumtion of water was Approx.600 Ltrs. Battery of my Pureit has become red in December and it is not working.As per their Service Manual Battery should last for 1500 Ltrs. I made several complains to their service centre but they didn't resolve my problem till date. As per their version they can't help in this matter and I have to purchase new battery to bring it in working condition.
