This complaint is regarding the poor customer service from Hindustan Unilever Pure it. Few months back i have purchased a purifier from them. Now it is the time change the germ battery kit; i placed an order 7days in advance but it is almost 13days but i did not got any response from them I made several complaints. I told them that i will make a complaint against you in consumer court but no action taken yet. I am having my order number and complaint number with me both are as bellow:-
