    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have bought Hindustan unilever water filter product ( pureit). At this time i m very upsate about this company service i have order[GKB LASTING 2250L ]germ kill batery on 12/5/2010 through custmor care. but @ this time they r nt given a germ kill batery. I m also regirsted the complaint in custmorcare but they r nt taken the action abput that complaint so i herbly request to u that plz taken a legal action againt this problem. I m given full detailed about this order.

    Default customer service complaint

    It is to inform,that i have lodged a complaint no: C113546732 dated:8th july 2011, but so far the service engineer named Mr.Shakeel has not turned up and is giving various excuses and is postponing the matter.I believe that your service is within 24hrs, so far more than four days have passed and we have no response.this evening at 06:00pm i once again spoke to your customer care but i have got a cold response.i request you to kindly look into the matter immediately.

    Default Poor service of Pureit company

    Sir,

    I registered a complaint for leakage in my pureit, a sevice eng. came to check it and took rs.50 from us for a visit to check and identify where is the problem. Then the next he came with the top champer and battery kit and changed it and took rs.1200 and also said that there wont be any problem hereafter. But again there was leakage and we called the service eng. This time he said the bottom chamber has to be changed for which he said we have to pay again rs.450. Without identifying the where the exact problem is the service eng. wants us to pay for what ever he says to be changed. When we complained to customer care the service eng. said he will change bottom chamber with the available demo piese. Now when ever we call the service eng. does'nt picks the call.

    If any top customer service is seeing the mesg. pls take necessary action on the service eng. and also rectify the problem in our pureit at free of cost.

    Default no response from PUREIT

    dear sir/madam,
    We have already complained about the leakage problem of our newly bought "PURE IT MARVELLA". The service people approached us about the problem and at that time some pungent bad smell appeared in the water. Even after purification the water had the same smell and the water was unfit for use. The service people have collected the water sample twice within a month but no response after that. We would thus need a refund or else it would drive us to take further action against your organisation. we request a fast response with no further delay within a week or 10 days time.
