I am really very shocked to see the pathetic service of Hitachi after n number of complaints i am still not received any satisfactory revert from the company. Moreover Customer Care Executive Mr. Chirag even not interested to answer politely .

Yes, even I am shocked because Hitachi is one of the most famous air conditioning brands. I wonder what has gone wrong. Anyway, nest time go for brands like Daikin India ACs, Samsung, LG etc. These are known for their services.

I think Hitachi has got what it wanted and perhaps that is why it has stopped thinking about its future and is not bothering about customer satisfaction. They will fall and who will continue to rise are the ones that focus on die0hard customer satisfaction like LG, Toshiba, Daikin etc.

Seriously, even I am surprised to know that such a master brand like Hitachi can be so irresponsible with their customers. Well, it is also possible this fault is not of the brand but of individual dealer, who is giving you a tough time. I think you should sue the person legally and then give them the examples of other impeccable brands like Daikin India, LG, Samsung etc.
