I made a complaint of the air conditioner, which is in warranty period, on hitachi cstomer care number (07930414747) on 11 July, 2011 with a complaint number 11052700034 regarding non functioning of the machine. I reminded about the complaint atleast five times; and every time got the answeer that it would be corrected by tomorrow. Till date none from service center, Hisar, Haryana had contacted, even not by telephone. The registered telephone number(with Hitachi customer care) of myself is +91-9215124680. However, I contacted with service center Hisar atleast ten times, with my said telephone number and with another telephone numbered +91-8901255961.
Sir, till date no body from service center has contacted me and my family is being tortured both physically and mentally, as if I got AC repaired with any other organization the warranty is lost and Hitachi peoplle are not rectifying the probelom.
An urgent necessary action with necessary compensation is seeked with your intervention.
